Moving to Napa was one of the smartest things we've ever done. What a wonderful place. We have made some wonderful friends, created an amazing gallery space and feel more and more at home every day.
Our efforts to be the best and most beautiful art gallery in Napa have not gone unnoticed. The San Francisco Chronicle has an annual "Best of" contest and we have been nominated for Best Wine Country Art Gallery. We are currently in first place and would really love to stay there. Doggone it, I didn't see the comments section. But I *did* vote! (I was curious who else was in the running, since as far as I knew there was only ONE art gallery in Napa, but never actually could find the contest page itself, just the one for your gallery.)
Anyone reading this who hasn't actually been to the gallery, really ought to go. Almost as imperative as breathing; it's good medicine for the soul. And seeing the art on the website doesn't do it justice, *especially* the sculptures and *most* especially the Wilkinson acrylics; I don't think photography is capable of it, just as one cannot photograph a symphony.
